The Philosophy
of the Work

We build in a different direction, with people who genuinely want psychological maturity, somatic depth, spiritual clarity, and leadership that isn’t performative.

These trainings bring together psychology, spirituality, somatics, martial arts, Taoism, and Zen.

We draw from a decade of inner work across somatic integration, Internal Family Systems, shadow work, attachment repair, and depth psychology, then weave it with the ancient wisdom traditions of Taoism, Zen, and mysticism.

The approach is holistic. The West meets the East.
Modern psychology meets timeless spiritual practice.
Mind, body, heart, and spirit come back together.

Meet
Your Coach

Jason (Jase) Chau was born in a small northern town in Canada. The son of war refugees, he endured deep isolation and frequent suicidal ideation throughout his teenage years and much of his twenties. This pervasive sense of "not being enough" led him to seek out extreme and transformative training, ranging from shamanic rituals and energy healing to breathwork, psychedelic integration, Jungian psychotherapy, and coaching. Over the years, his relentless inner work has shaped him into a well-regarded guide in the sphere of self-development and conscious transformation.

Intention

Discover Your True Self

Our intention is to help you reconnect with your true self, true will, and true freedom.

Just like a martial art, learning to live from your authentic self is both an art and a science. It takes dedication, awareness, and practice.

This kind of awakening can happen in a cave, but for the modern person with a full life, we use depth psychology and somatic presence to spark understanding and realization in a grounded, relational setting.

This work can be done one on one with a guide or in a group.

Integrate Healing

We offer safe, accessible spaces for healing.
Life can be unforgiving and often breaks us in ways we never learned to mend.
Here, old wounds are met with presence, compassion, and understanding.
As the heart breaks, it can either close or grow.
Our intention is to help it grow.

Cultivate True Will

True will is not force.
It is the alignment of your deepest values with your way of living.

We help you soften old ego structures, work with the subconscious, and discover what you truly want beneath your conditioning.
Many people lose their way by either abandoning themselves to please others, or by becoming so hyperindependent that they lose connection altogether.

True will emerges through discipline, focus, presence, and the courage to be honest with yourself.

Guiding Values

True Freedom

Our core practice is somatic presence, a simple but not easy skill that strengthens your emotional container.

This meditation method comes from ancient wisdom traditions, reframed through modern psychological research.
Through presence, you learn to hold uncomfortable feelings, stay open through challenges, and experience life with more clarity and joy.

Understanding

Understanding reduces suffering.
The more we understand ourselves and each other, the more gracefully we can move through life and relationship.

We take a systems approach to understanding:
IFS, somatic psychology, attachment theory, depth psychology, Taoism, and contemplative practice.
Everything is interconnected. Our hopes, fears, dreams, and wounds all influence one another.

Earned Security

This work is rooted in helping people shift from insecurity to earned security, both individually and in relationships.

Insecure patterns focus on control.
Secure patterns focus on presence.

We offer a space where you can expand your emotional capacity, trust your intuition, and show up in relationships with grounded strength.
This creates a ripple effect through your partnerships, friendships, and community.

Ethics

We honour the pace of each person’s healing. Emotional work needs to unfold at a pace that the client’s nervous system can genuinely handle, never through force or pressure.

All sessions are confidential and based on informed consent.

Much like a physical trainer supports the body, we support the mind and heart by helping clients build real strength through vulnerability, without retraumatizing or overwhelming the system.

Therapeutic work can be challenging, but it should always feel supported.

We aim to offer a stable and compassionate container where every part of you is welcome.
Mind, heart, and soul can be explored safely, with presence, care, and respect.
